Chains of Obsession - Chapter 4

Chapter 4: The Plan

Love had burned. Obsession had consumed.

Now, all that was left… was control.

Aditi no longer waited. No longer fantasized. She no longer dreamed of bumping into him in elevators or brushing hands in a crowd.

She wanted more.

She wanted all of him.

Blueprints of Madness

It began with a sketch.

A floor plan of a secluded villa she’d been renting under a fake name in Lonavala—hidden behind a dense forest trail, invisible to the public eye. For months, she had furnished it inch by inch. Velvet ropes. Reinforced locks. A custom-designed bed with hidden restraints. Even soundproofed walls.

It looked beautiful.

Almost like a honeymoon destination.

Except the romance would be one-sided.

She began collecting supplies—syringes, tranquilizers, zip ties, chains. She watched countless videos on safe dosages, how long unconsciousness would last, how to keep someone sedated without causing harm.

Because this wasn’t about hurting him.

It was about keeping him.

Safely.

Permanently.

Setting the Trap

One rainy night—eerily like the night they first met—she finally made her move.

She waited on the narrow curve of an abandoned road outside the city. Her car parked sideways, hood open, hazards blinking.

She wore a plain white dress, her hair wild from the storm, mascara running as if she’d been crying.

The perfect damsel.

The perfect bait.

Aditya’s headlights pierced through the downpour.

She stood motionless, pretending to struggle with her phone.

His car slowed.

Of course, it did.

She knew he wouldn’t leave a stranded woman alone in the storm. No matter how ruthless he was, his public image demanded a basic decency.

The window rolled down.

“Do you need help?”

His voice. Calm. Cold. Curious.

She looked up—tears real this time. Part guilt. Part ecstasy.

“Please… my engine—it's dead. I’ve been here for hours.”

He stepped out, umbrella in hand, walking toward her with that same magnetic detachment.

She waited until he bent under the hood.

Then—stab.

A sharp syringe jabbed into his neck.

He gasped, spun—eyes wide with confusion.

“What the f—?”

But the drug was fast. His knees buckled. His body collapsed into her arms like a marionette with cut strings.

She cradled his head against her chest, whispering softly,

“I’m sorry… but you left me no choice.”

She kissed his forehead as the rain poured down around them.

“You’re mine now, Aditya. Just like I always wanted.”

Delivery of a Dream

It took all her strength to get him into the back of her SUV. Strapped down. Covered. She drove through the night, heart pounding, fingers trembling.

By morning, they were at the villa.

The bed was ready.

Chains in place. Cuffs softened with velvet. A tray of warm water and cloths waiting to clean his face. Scented candles lit—not for ambiance, but to mask the antiseptic smell.

Then, she sat at the foot of the bed…

And waited for her prince to wake up.
